Serving as the visionary force behind The Collective, Chance successfully delivered a series of commissioned video projects for globally recognised record labels, including Sony, Syco, Roc Nation, All around the World, UMusic, Geffen, Rinse, Polydor, Capitol Records (US), Distiller, and Strictly Rhythm. This significant milestone showcased not only remarkable talent but also fostered strong partnerships with esteemed brands such as Bentley, Nike, Puma, Ferrari, Ministry of Sound, Ernest Jones, Samsung, and Amazon.

Beyond independent ventures, Chance held pivotal roles in renowned production companies, serving as the executive producer and Head of Production at luti Media for six years. They also spent a year as the Head of Production and Lead Producer at Lula Films, amplifying industry knowledge and expertise.
