A notable highlight in Chance's career was the establishment and development of their own production company, The Collective. Serving as the visionary force behind The Collective, Chance successfully delivered a series of commissioned video projects for globally recognised record labels, including Sony, Syco, Roc Nation, All around the World, UMusic, Geffen, Rinse, Polydor, Capitol Records (US), Distiller, and Strictly Rhythm. This significant milestone showcased not only remarkable talent but also fostered strong partnerships with esteemed brands such as Bentley, Nike, Puma, Ferrari, Ministry of Sound, Ernest Jones, Samsung, and Amazon.

Chance has played a pivotal role in the production of Amazon's STV program, contributing creative expertise and vision to the success of the program.


Consistently producing exceptional branded content and commercial projects, ranging from high-profile endeavours valued at £1.2m to smaller-scale projects valued at £35k, Chance has proven versatility and prowess in the industry.


A champion of emerging talent in the video production industry, Chance has been recognised for unwavering dedication and passion, earning an exclusive interview on the esteemed BBC show "No Hats No Trainers." Collaborating with acclaimed artists like Wretch 32, Wiley, N Dubz, Katy B, Mary J Blige, Little Mix, Dizzee Rascal, The Saturdays, Rita Ora, and All Saints, among others, Chance consistently showcases the ability to nurture and elevate the creative visions of these artists.


Beyond independent ventures, Chance held pivotal roles in renowned production companies, serving as the executive producer and Head of Production at luti Media for six years. They also spent a year as the Head of Production and Lead Producer at Lula Films, amplifying industry knowledge and expertise.

In addition to an impressive portfolio, Chance has made significant contributions to the documentary film industry. Their work includes the compelling and thought-provoking documentary film "Pandamonium," where storytelling prowess and visual acumen shine a light on pressing global issues.

Collaborating with distinguished production companies such as Hsi, Able And Baker, Somesuch, Familia Films, Greycoat Films, and Ob Management, Chance has had the privilege of working alongside world-renowned directors, including Camron Duddy and Colin Tilley. This collaboration has earned them six international awards for the best music video at esteemed events such as the LA International Short Film Awards, California International Shorts Festival, LA Movie Awards, Accolade Global Film Competition, Moondance International Film Festival, and NYLA Film Festival.

Talent and creativity have been acknowledged through numerous accolades, including the coveted Best Short Film award at the UK Entertainment Awards. Works have been selected for screening at prestigious film festivals worldwide, including the Sunscreen Film Festival, Big Apple Film Festival, LA Indie Film Festival, Hawaii International Short Film Festival, Vancouver International Music Video Festival, Short Sighted Cinema, and Film Shortage. Additionally, Chance has been honoured with nominations for the best music video at the MOBO Awards, solidifying status as a respected figure in the industry.
